Product Diagnostics Information

Starting in Login Enterprise 4.9.x, opt-out Product Diagnostics are now bundled in the appliance.

The collected diagnostics are uploaded to LoginVSI once a week on Monday. To enable the diagnostics to send information to us, you need to open the following URL and Port Combination:

The following diagnostic information is collected in the report from the appliance:

    • Number of SLA Report configs

    • Number of each type of app
    • Number of apps added to a test (Number of apps used)
