User Reports
Login AM provides detailed information regarding the number of VDI users that access your platform over a certain period. This feature records the maximum number of concurrent sessions and/or the number of unique users at specific times, per day / month, on your platform. Discover platform usage trends over longer periods while also seeing when usage peaks occur during the day. This feature is accessible in the left-hand side navigation panel of the new web console.
Concurrent sessions graph
This is the maximum amount of sessions that have logged on during a given timeframe, per day / month.
Example
On Monday, there were:
- 550 sessions logged on at 09:00 AM
- 700 sessions logged on at 10:30 AM
In total there were 1250 sessions on the VDI platform on Monday, but the maximum amount of concurrent sessions were logged @10:30.
Note: Login AM samples this per minute. So for each minute of the day, AM checks the total amount of logged on sessions and then checks which minute has the highest amount.
Unique users graph
This is the total number of unique users that have logged on to your platform during a given timeframe, per day / month.
Application Usage
This feature is accessible in the left-hand side navigation panel in the new web console.
This feature provides detailed information regarding the number of users accessing different applications, as well as showing how many individual uses per application, per a given timeframe.
