There are certain instances where this error message might come up. When the user logs in you will see the following;
There are two causes for this issue.
- You manually log in with one of your test users. Since there is no scheduled session for this user it is unable to resolve the session back to Login Enterprise
- The Domain name for the user is entered incorrectly in the Login Enterprise web Interface. We use the DNS and NETBIOS domain name in the session to resolve the session. Please make sure these match.
