Overview

To assist with troubleshooting and expedite support, we may request diagnostic information from your Login Enterprise. This guide explains how to download the diagnostic data and submit it for further analysis.

Downloading diagnostic information

To download the diagnostic information:

1. Log in: Access your Login Enterprise and log in.

2. Navigate to diagnostics: Click on the Other > About section from the Sidebar menu.

3. Download diagnostics: Click Download diagnostics. This will download a zip file containing diagnostic information about the current usage and configuration of your Virtual Appliance.

Understanding the diagnostic data

The downloaded zip file contains a CSV file with diagnostic information. This file can be opened in Excel for review.

For reference, an example of diagnostic data is attached to this article. Simply download and extract the zip file to view the CSV file.

SLA Reports If SLA Reports are enabled
External Database Configured If an External Database is enabled
Email Enabled If emailing is enabled
Public API Tokens If there are any API tokens created
Launcher Versions What version the Launchers are running
Launcher Operating Systems Which Operating system is used on the launchers
Test Types Which test types are configured
Connectors Which connectors are used
Application Type Which applications are configured and what type it is
Application Used Which applications are being used
Target Operating Systems Which Operating system is used on the target machines

Submitting diagnostic data

To submit the diagnostic data:

Attach the file: Add the zip file to your support ticket by uploading it in the ticket portal or by sending it via email to support@loginvsi.com.
