To add application multiple applications to Login Enterprise at once we have created a small utility called Login Enterprise App-Scanner. This Windows Application runs on any Windows OS and scans the local system for Applications through shortcuts.

The shortcut locations that are scanned are %APPDATA%\Microsoft\windows\Start Menu and %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu.
To create the apps you need to know the FQDN of you appliance and you need to create a Configuration Token within the Login Enterprise Web Console. The token creation page is located under /external-notifications/public-api.
Once you have the FQDN and Configuration Token launch Login Enterprise App-Scanner.
- Click on Scan to scan for applications.
- Enter the FQDN and Token.
- Select the applications that you want to edit. Multi-select is possible by holding down CTRL or Shift.
- Click Create to create the desired applications.
