Logon App crashes after installing MS October 2020 update

There's a known issue with the Logon App (LoginPI.Logon.exe) crashing on Windows Server 2016 1607 with the October 2020 update (KB4580346). Logon App executables from Enterprise version 4.3.12 and lower are affected.
