Load Testing: Results

To view load testing results, navigate to the "load testing results" section of the product. You will be presented with a table containing your previously executed, or currently running (as of 4.7), load tests.

To review the test results, click the small arrow next to the check box in each row. This will expand the row to show the test configuration. To view the results, click the check box and then select "VIEW" in the bottom right of the table. In the overview you can see an export button, to use this please see the export guide.

Test Overview

As of release 4.8, the EUX Score is shown in the table alongside the VSIMax. As of release 5.1, the Steady State and EUX Baseline Scores are also reported here. The Steady State EUX Score is the average EUX Score captured 5 minutes after all sessions are logged in, until the end of the test. The Baseline EUX Score represents the best possible performance of the system and is the average EUX Score of the best 5 minutes during the test run.

Currently Running

As of release 4.7, if your selected test is current still running, you are shown two extra options once opened. You will be able to refresh the visualized data by clicking the “Refresh now” option. To stop the test execution, press the red button labeled “Stop the running test”.

End-User Experience Data

As of release 5.1, "EUX / VSIMAX METRICS" are shown by default once a report is opened. You can use the check boxes to select or deselect specific EUX timers, which will add or remove them from the chart.

Login Data

Load Testing Results also details the login performance during the test execution. For each session, the profile load, GPO processing, and displaying protocol connection, along with the total login time, are displayed. To visualize the Login Data, click the radio button labeled “Logins”.

Application Data

To view the performance timers for applications included in the Load Test, click the “Applications” radio button. Each application included in the test run, there is a main check box that can be used to add every application’s actions, for example (KW) Microsoft Excel. To add individual actions, you can select the specific check box corresponding to that action. 

Events

At the bottom of the results report, you are shown any Events generated during the test execution. This may include “Login failure” or “Application execution error”. Each event will be reported alongside the user, application, launcher, target host, and description of the event.
