To navigate to charting from the dashboard, head over to the reporting tab.
This section gives you access to an analytical chart that displays all the various performance metrics recorded over time for applications, login times and protocol latencies.
The left-hand menu lets you configure the chart for your specific requirements per environment. The headers let you choose what type of performance metrics you want to investigate. You can drill-down to each performance metric by unmarking the relevant checkboxes, which will remove the data from the chart. Hovering over each data point on the chart will reveal the exact value. Each metric has its own particular color, as shown in the legend above the chart itself, while clicking on one of the performance metrics in the legend will hide its displayed data.
To define a timeframe, simply click the Calendar icon located above the table on the top right-hand side. The chart currently offers day-to-day reporting only. You can then use the time-slider underneath the chart itself to choose the time of the day (per hour) you want to investigate further.
There is also an option to predict application performance. This will take a look at past performance measurements and calculate what your application might perform like next. Please note that this is only possible when there is at least 30 hours of application data available.
Application Data
This performance data will let you know if there are any problems with individual applications, as well as help identify any performance trends, so you can mitigate them from happening again in the future.
