Symptoms

Usage of the rdpconnect connector results in prompting to input the test user's credentials. This is problematic, as this means Login VSI test users won't be connected to automatically during Login VSI test invocation.

Cause

One possible reason is due to the "Always prompt for password upon connection policy" being enabled.

Resolution

First, make sure the credentials are set correctly for the target environment in the Login VSI Management Console's Connection page. 

Follow the steps on the Microsoft reference regarding Configure Client Logon Information for Remote Desktop Services Connections, to ensure the policy isn't enabled.
