Summary
The Login VSI Analyzer can be used standalone. It's self-contained within the working directory \\{Login_VSI_server}\{Login_VSI_share}\_vsi_binaries\analyzer
Instructions
Note: using the Analyzer standalone is intended to enhance ease-of-use, but is not officially supported. Though not likely, unexpected issues could occur.
- Ensure the Analyzer program is closed
- Copy the analyzer directory, \\{Login_VSI_server}\{Login_VSI_share}\_vsi_binaries\analyzer, to the desired destination
- Inside the new directory, delete analyzersettings.ini
- Make sure .NET Framework versions 3.5+ and 4.5+ are installed where the Analyzer will be ran
- Locate the "Login VSI Analzyer.exe" in the new directory, and create a shortcut linking to this where convenient.
- Run the program "Login VSI Analzyer.exe" and set the path to the results directory when prompted. The Analyzer should now be fully usable.
Furthermore, if it was noticed in the release notes there's an Analyzer bug fix or a desired feature in a newer version yet in the middle of a testing cycle so don't want to upgrade the build, the newer full-version can be downloaded and extracted, then the Analyzer can be used, or copied, our of this directory.
