When submitting a new support request, we recommend that you include all the raw test data generated from the particular test in question. You can find the raw data in the following location: \\server\VSIshare\_VSI_Logfiles. Contained here are sub-folders for every test that has been run.
Select the test that you are submitting a new request for, zip the entire folder, then attach it to your support request. Most of the time this folder compresses extremely easily. However, if the file is too big to attach to your request, please feel free to ask us for our FTP server credentials.
