By default the application starts with Citrix Workspace, 10 second wait, and enter as command. It does not start automatically. To automate this process you can do the following:

Run command:
LoginVSI_Legal_Notice_Caption.exe [TITLE NAME] [WaitInSeconds] [tab(optional)]

Example:
To run vmware view in the title and enter press after 15 seconds run:
LoginVSI_Legal_Notice_Caption.exe "Vmware View" 15

Once executed the application is running imediately. 

Example 2:
When a tab+enter is required for Citrix Receiver for exmaple
LoginVSI_Legal_Notice_Caption.exe "Citrix Receiver" 15 tab
